Suryanarayan has over 38 years of experience in multinational FMCG & Apparel Retail Industry in Asia Pacific and India. He has worked in senior roles in leading global companies like Unilever, PepsiCo and Levi Strauss. He was Head of Levi’s business in South Asia & Japan and was a member of Levi Strauss & Co. APAC Leadership team in Singapore, handling different leadership roles over 8 years.


Besides having successfully led business operations, he has a proven track record that spans the areas of strategy development, process improvement, planning and business development. Sury has proven credentials in designing and leading implementation of large scale business transformation projects involving strategy, operating model and process change along with culture and organisation capability building. His detailed understanding of front end operations, supply chain and commercial acumen makes his approach holistic and comprehensive. He has been a key leader of several successful startup teams in Asia, India and Middle East.


He has led several new business initiatives and combines a strategic perspective along with on-ground experience of what it takes for consumer facing companies to succeed in emerging markets. Sury holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

With a Strategic HRM certification from TMTC Pune, she is certified in Transactional Analysis and the MBTI psychometric instrument.


She is also a qualified assessor for the Tata Business Excellence Model. With close to two decades of industry experience, Sowmya successfully combines her project engineering & management expertise with HRD competence, to arrive at comprehensive people-centric solutions that meet business objectives. Her experience in Corporate Communications and Corporate Sustainability add further value to her consulting solutions. Sowmya specialises in engineering customised systems that lend clarity to roles and enhance performance.

Shubha has over Three Decades of expertise in managing People Productivity and HR Processes. She has held Leadership Positions in Levi’s Strauss, India and Nielson, Nigeria. Apart from her HR Expertise, Shubha has also been responsible for setting up and managing Consumer and Media Panels to help, assess and interpret Consumer Purchase Behaviour.


Shubha has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bombay University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, with specialisation in Organisational Behaviour & Personnel Management.
