Sharda has 23 years of work experience across Advertising and Marketing with expertise in the areas of Brand Strategy, Brand Communications, Media Planning, Buying both traditional and new-age media and Business Development. Previously, she was the marketing head at leading E-commerce companies like Furlenco and Travelyaari.


Head Brand Planning


Ganesh is a specialist in Branding and Communication, a freelance travel journalist and a trainer.


He has spent most of the 17 years of his career helping organisations build strong brands. He has extensive experience in developing Brand Strategy, Marketing Communication campaigns and creative content for brands from a host of industries (B2B and B2C). His stints in advertising agencies such as Lowe Lintas have imbued him with a passion for developing effective communication.


At VXuber, he takes charge of insight-mining, brand strategy and campaign development.


Given his love for travel and for writing, it was perhaps logical that he became a travel writer. His travel stories regularly appear in leading publications such as Conde Nast Traveller, Travel+Leisure, JetWings, The Hindu, Mint, Khaleej Times and others.


When not writing or working on brands, Ganesh can be found conducting training program for corporates or exploring this beautiful world.


Head, Pre Sales


Avinash has close to Two Decades of experience in the Sales & Business Development Functions across Product and Service Businesses.


Avinash has held Senior Management Positions at fast-growing Digital Businesses, such as Naukri.in, Bharat Matrimony & Hindustan Times Digital. In each of his previous roles, Avinash has been responsible for aggressive growth of a fledgling business, by rapidly acquiring new customers.


Avinash has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Education, Pune.


Lead Brand Activation


Shautick leads the Brand Activation division at Vertebrand Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in crafting strategic experiential communication for brands, he has worked in companies like RK Swamy BBDO and Lintas, and has a robust foundation in advertising and brand building. He is also on the board of directors of a new age experiential organisation which has been rated as one of the top emerging companies to watch out for.


Associate Business Development


An alumni of India’s premier fashion school, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Suhrid possesses almost three decades of experience in multinational fashion and footwear industries across Asia Pacific.


Starting his career at Titan Industries, India, he went on to manage some of the biggest brands in the world like Levi’s, Jockey, Crocs, Bossini and Kappa.


While at Levi’s, Crocs and Jockey, Suhrid held Asia Pacific leadership as well as country leadership roles in India, Singapore, Philippines and Australia.


His core competencies lie in marketing, sales & retail operations, merchandising and planning. During his tenure at the global corporations, Suhrid has had extensive involvement and expertise in managing P&L, business process improvement project as well as global exposure to planning, buying & merchandising, retail training & operations, capability building and real estate management.
